It can remove acid corrosion and fogging, water scale, and soap scum on the surface of natural polished (flat bright) marble, and improve the polishing brightness of the surface.
*This product cannot remove severe scratches and dents on the surface of marble, nor is it suitable for oil pollution (such as engine oil, edible oil, soy sauce, and grease).
How To Use
(1)First use a “coarse-grain diamond hand-pad (No. 1 Blue)”. Water (tap water is enough) the marble surface, then use force to grind and remove the acid corrosion or stains (wet grinding). During the grinding process, if gray slurry is ground out, the operation is correct.
(2)Rinse the gray slurry with clean water, wipe the surface dry, and then observe whether the stain is completely removed. If not, please repeat the previous step. If the stain is too heavy, please grind harder and increase the grinding time. Please continue to grind until all stains are removed. The surface will not be bright after coarse grinding, and it will look foggy white.
(1)Then use the “fine-grain diamond hand-pad (No. 2 Yellow)”. Similarly, add water for wet grinding, and the wet grinding areas must cover all the areas ground by the “coarse-grain diamond hand-pad” to level off the grinding marks left by coarse grinding. During the grinding process, gray slurry will also be ground out.
(2) Rinse the gray slurry with clean water, wipe the surface dry, and then observe whether the grinding marks are completely removed. If not, please repeat the previous step. After the fine grinding, the surface feels uniformly fine, but it will still not be bright.
*If it is still ineffective after repeated grinding for cleaning, it means that the stain is too serious. In that case, itis recommended to use a variable-speed polisher with low speed (refer to our company’s polisher PE-926VS) and a diamond pad. If there is such a need, please refer to [Marble-DIY Polishing Machine Set].
Step 2 : Surface polishing
1. Dust the polishing powder on the area to be polished (approximately forevery 20cm x 20cm area, add 1~1.5 level tablespoons attached), and add a little water.
2. Use a white polishing scouring pad to polish the required stone area for several times until the brightness improves. When polishing, the polishing liquid should be thick and milky; if not, add water or powder as appropriate.
3. During the polishing process, you can scrape off the polishing liquid at any time to observe the brightness of the working surface. If the brightness does not meet the requirements, increase the polishing time or add polishing powder as appropriate, and then continue wet polishing.
4. After polishing, wipe off excess polishing powder. Then use clean water, and brush the surface with a clean white scouring pad.
*This product is to be maintained and used under the most economical conditions. This method can generally improve the brightness of the surface to your satisfaction. However, if you need better brightness, it is recommended to use “XShine Carnauba Wax”, or use a variable-speed polisher with low speed (refer to our company’s polisher PE-926VS) and white scouring pads for polishing.
