International Orders

How to Order

1. Add items to your shopping cart.
2. Click on "Checkout".
3. Choose your “Shipping Destination”. If your country is not listed, please contact XShine customer service. 
4. Choose your “Delivery Method”.
5. Select "Credit Card" as your payment method.
6. Click on "Proceed to Checkout."
7. Fill in “Customer Info”, “Delivery Detail”, and “Payment Detail”. 
8. Click on "Place Order", and will lead to credit card payment system to complete the transaction.

** Visa, Master, and JCB credit cards with 3D verification are accepted. To complete the payment, you need to enter the 3D verification code. The 3D verification code will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS by your credit card bank. If you encounter any issues with the 3D verification code, please contact your credit card bank.

** All product prices are displayed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). The actual currency exchange rate is subject to the conversion rate of your issuing bank. Credit card companies may impose foreign transaction fees. Relevant fees will be calculated according to the regulations of your credit card bank.

Remarks:

1.   The system will automatically calculate shipping fees based on the product weight and delivery location.

2.   Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate recipient information, including name, mobile number, and address. If the package cannot be delivered smoothly due to incorrect information, XShine will cancel the order and process a refund directly.



Returns

1. All International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If International customer return the package on their own initiative, and choose cash-on-delivery for shipping fees, XShine will refuse to collect the returned package.
2. In the event of receiving defective or incorrect items, please provide photos of the defects or the wrongly shipped items to our customer service email at xshine@perennial.tw within 7 days of parcel receipt. We will promptly assist in the resolution process.
