Application

“Stone Repair Kit” is a home DIY easy-to-use repair kit based on professional stone repair method, allowing you to quickly and easily repair bothersome small holes, cracks, and seams in the stone at your home.

How to Use

1. Before repairing, please use a diamond file to trim the stone holes and cracks, and try to clean up the dirt and dust.

2. The stone should be completely dry when repairing.

3. Plug in the “Stone Repair Electrical Soldering Iron”, put it on the tool holder and let it stand for about 2 minutes. When the tool head reaches the highest working temperature, apply it.

4. Use the beveled head of the electrical soldering iron to melt and dig out an appropriate amount of “stone repair color stick”, and fill it into the holes or cracks in sequence.

5. The melted color stick will start to harden after leaving the beveled head of the electrical soldering iron. If you need to remelt the filled color stick, please use the electrical soldering iron for heating.

6. Smooth the top layer with the beveled head of the electrical soldering iron, without any dents.

7. Finally, use a super-thin blade to remove the excess repair material and smooth the surface, and your stone repair is now complete!

Cautions

1. The color of the color stick: since different displays have different color rendering index and picture coloring environment, there will be some color difference. Therefore, the color of the color stick is subject to the actual product color, and the color difference cannot be used as a reason for return of goods.

2. Do not replace the soldering head made of special copper material with any other material or brand.

3. The standard length of the soldering head is 15-17mm and should not be arbitrarily adjusted, which could affect the temperature.

4. When the power of the soldering blade is on but not in use, place to heating tube on the holder for safety.

5. Before using the super-thin blade, please tighten the middle black knob of it to secure the blade.

6. After using the super-thin blade, please cover it and keep it out of reach of children.
