Application

For the improvement of brightness of the marble surface, it is recommended to use a stone polishing machine. Please refer to XShine PE-926VS Polisher.

Features of XShine Marble Polishing Powder

1. Suitable for all kinds of marbles

How to Use

1. Please use a variable-speed hand polisher with low speed (about 1000 rpm), or a 17 inch polishing machine with 175 rpm for marble grinding and polishing.

2. Before polishing with marble polishing powder, please complete the last grinding process to achieve the best polishing effect.

3. Protect other building materials and areas that do not need to be polished against splashes (it is recommended to use pre-taped masking film).

4. Dust the polishing powder on the stone surface to be polished (reference dosage: every 30 cm x 30 cm, use 1 level tablespoon of powder)

5. First add a small amount of water to the polishing powder, then use a white scouring pad to stir the polishing powder until it becomes thick.

6. Use a polisher, attach the white scouring pad to the Velcro drive disc, set the speed to the lowest speed, and start polishing.

7. Keep the polishing liquid thick and milky during polishing. If it is too thick, add some water as appropriate; if it is too thin, add some powder as appropriate.

8. During the polishing process, the polishing liquid can be scraped off at any time to observe the brightness of the surface. If the brightness does not meet the requirements, increase the polishing time.

9. After polishing, wipe off excess polishing powder. Then with clean water, use the polisher with another clean white scouring pad to clean the surface. Finally, wipe the surface completely dry.

【Cautions】

1. This product is only suitable for natural marble, rather than other building materials (such as granite, polished quartz tiles, and engineered resin stone). Nor can it be used on marble surfaces with coatings (such as resin or Epoxy).

2. Please wear rubber gloves and a mask when using the polishing powder. When dusting the polishing powder, please avoid excessive movement that may cause the powder to fly.

3. Keep out of reach of children. Polishing powder must not be swallowed. Please avoid the polishing powder to contact with eyes. If it contacts with eyes, please rinse the eyes with plenty of water and if necessary, seek medical treatment as soon as possible.

4. Before use, please test it in an inconspicuous area. If you have any questions during the test, please contact us for discussion.
