Application
Restoration, polishing, and beauty care of variousnatural brightmarbles,including hard-to-polish white marble, green marble, Ebony, and Rosso Levanto.It can handle acid corrosion and fogging, heavy limescale, minor scratches, and low brightness.

2. Diamond pad grit #500, #1000, #2000, #3000: 1 for each girt (3-inch or 4-inch).
3. White polishing scouring pad: 2(3.5-inch or 4-inch white scouring pad in accordance with the size of thediamond pad)
4. XShine marble polishing powder: 1 (350gor 1kg)
5. XShine Crystal Polishing Cream: 1 (350g)

How To Use
【Preparations Before Work】
1. Protect the areas that do not need to be ground and polished againstsplashes (it is recommended to use pre-taped masking film).
2. Install the Velcro drive disc on the toothshaft of the polisher, and turn the polisher’s speed knob to “1” to start.
【Work Flow】
1. Grinding for stain/scratch removal-wet grinding with #500 diamond pad
(1) Add water for wet grinding. During the wetgrinding process, please keep enough water in case of dry grinding. During thegrinding process, if gray slurry isground out, the operation is right. When there is gray slurry, grind a little longer.
(2) After grinding, please clean the stone surface,and wait until it is completely dry, and then observe whether the stains orscratches are completely removed. If there are still stains or scratches,please add water to grind again, and repeat this step until they are completelyremoved.
＊ After grinding with #500 diamond pad, the surface will not be bright, and it looksfoggy white.
2. Medium-finegrinding - wet grinding with #1000 diamond pad
(1) Add water for wet grinding. During the grindingprocess, if gray slurry is groundout, the operation is right. When there is gray slurry, grind a little longer. The color of the slurrywill be a little lighter than that of #500 diamond pad.
(2) The grinding range should cover all the areas that#500 diamond pad has ground.
(3) After grinding, please clean the stone surface,and wait until it is completely dry, and then observe whether the grindingmarks of #500 diamond pad are completely removed. If there are still areas that have not beenground, please add water to grind again, and repeat this step until thegrinding marks of #500 are completely removed.
＊After grinding with #1000 diamond pad, the surface feels finer than that of #500, butit is still foggy white and not bright.
3. Fine grinding - wet grinding with #2000 diamond pad
(1) Add water for wet grinding. During the grindingprocess, if gray slurry is ground out, the operation is right. When there isgray slurry, grind a little longer.
(2) The grinding range should cover all the areas that#1000 diamond pad has ground.
(3) After grinding, please clean the stone surface,and wait until it is completely dry, and then observe whether the grindingmarks of #1000 diamond pad are completely removed. If thereare still areas that have not been ground, please add water to grind again, andrepeat this step until the grinding marks of #1000 are completely removed.
＊After grinding with #2000 diamond pad, the surface feels finer than that of #1000, and it will have a little reflection from theside.
4. Super finegrinding - wet grinding with #3000 diamond pad
(1) Add water for wet grinding. During the grindingprocess, if gray slurry is ground out, the operation is right. When there isgray slurry, grind a little longer.
(2) The grinding range should cover all the areas that#2000 diamond pad has ground.
(3) After grinding, please clean the stone surface,and wait until it is completely dry, and then observe whether the grindingmarks of #2000 diamond pad are completely removed. If thereare still areas that have not been ground, please add water to grind again, andrepeat this step until the grinding marks of #2000 are completely removed.
＊After grinding with #3000 diamond pad, the surface will have a higher reflection from the side.
5. Polishing andbrightening-dust marble polishing powder, and use white polishing scouring padfor polishing
(1) Dust the polishing powder on the stone surface to be polished (referencedosage: every 30 cm x 30 cm, use 1 level tablespoon of powder)
(2) First add a small amount of water to the polishingpowder, then use a white scouring pad to stir the polishing powder until itbecomes thick.
(3) Use a polisher, attach the white scouring pad to the Velcro drive disc, set and fix the speed at the lowest speed “1”,and turn on the power to start polishing.
(4) Keep the polishing liquid thick and milky duringpolishing. If it is too thick, add some water as appropriate; if it is too thin, add some powder as appropriate.
(5) During the polishing process, the polishing liquidcan be scraped off at any time to observe the brightness of the surface. If thebrightness does not meet the requirements, increase the polishing time.
(6) Afterpolishing, wipe off excess polishing powder. Then with clean water, use the polisher withanother clean white scouring pad to clean the surface. Finally, wipe the surface dry.
6. Brightness enhancement and anti-stain treatment- use crystal polishing cream with whitepolishing scouring pad for polishing
(1) Wait until the surface is completely dry afterpolishing
(2) Take a small amount of crystal polishing cream (abouthalf a tablespoon at a time) and place it on the surface, spread it evenly withanother clean white scouring pad, and the polishing cream willturn into a liquid after spreading evenly.
(3) Use a polisher, attach the white scouring pad to the Velcro drive disc, set and fix the speed at the lowest speed “1”, and turn on the power to startpolishing until the polishingcream is completely dry.
(4) After the first polishing cream is polished completelydry, repeat “step (2) ~ (3)” until the subsequent polishing cream is polished completelydry. (It can be repeated more than 2 times depending on the surface condition.)
(5) After the last polishing cream is polished completelydry, use a watering can to spray a little water on the surface, and then polishit until it is completely dry.
【Cautions】
1. Before using the polisher, please read the attached safety manualcarefully.
2. If you need to handle stones other than marble, please purchase othersuitable polishing materials.
3. Please wear rubber gloves and a maskwhen using polishing powder and polishing cream. When dusting the polishing powder, please avoid excessive movement that may cause thepowder to fly.
4. The polishingcream must not be mixed with water.
5. Keep out of reach of children.Polishing powder and polishing cream must not be swallowed. Please avoid the polishing powder and polishingcream to contactwith eyes. If it contacts with eyes, please rinse the eyes with plenty of waterand if necessary, seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
6. Before use, please test it in an inconspicuous area. If you have anyquestions during the test, please contact us for discussion.
