1. PE-926VS polisher: 1
- Attached with a 3-inch or 4-inch Velcro drive disc, according to the size of the diamond pad you choose

2. Abrasive Pads for Engineered Resin Stone #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6. 2 pieces each grit. (Options: 3-inch or 4-inch)
3. White polishing scouring pad: 2 (3.5-inch or 4-inch white scouring pad in accordance with the size of the abrasive pad)
4. XShine quartz tile/stone polishing powder: 1 (300g or 1kg)
5. PE-926VS splash guard: 1

How to Use
【Preparations Before Work】
1. Protect the areas that do not need to be ground and polished against splashes (it is recommended to use pre-taped masking film).
2. Install the Velcro drive disc on the tooth shaft of the polisher, and turn the polisher’s speed knob to “1” to start.
【Work Flow】
1. Renewal grinding - use grit #1 and #2 engineered resin stone abrasive pads (the starting grit of grinding pad should be determined based on the conditions of scratches and stains)
(1) Use #1 or #2 engineered resin stone abrasive pad with water to start grinding. During the wet grinding process, please keep enough water. If gray slurry is ground out, the operation is right. When there is gray slurry, grind a little longer.
(2) After grinding with the first abrasive pad, please use a cloth to clean the surface, and wait until it is completely dry, and then observe whether the stains or scratches are completely removed. If there are still stains or scratches, please add water to grind again, and repeat this step until the stains or scratches are completely removed.
(3) If you use #1 abrasive pad to start grinding and then use #2 abrasive pad, please pay attention to:
I. The grinding range of #2 should cover all the areas that #1 has ground.
II. After grinding with #2, please use a cloth to clean the surface, and wait until it is completely dry, and then observe whether the grinding marks of #1 are all removed. If there are still grinding marks of #1, please add water for wet grinding again until the marks are completely removed.
2. Medium-fine grinding - use #3 and #4 engineered resin stone abrasive pad
(1) Add water for wet grinding. During the grinding process, if gray slurry is ground out, the operation is right. When there is gray slurry, grind a little longer.
(2) The grinding range of #3 should cover all the areas that #2 has ground, and the grinding range of #4 should also cover all the areas that #3 has ground. After grinding with each grinding pad, please use a cloth to clean the surface, and wait until it is completely dry, and then observe whether the grinding marks of the previous grinding pad are completely removed. If there are still areas that have not been ground, please add water to grind again.
3. Very-fine grinding - use #5 and #6 engineered resin stone abrasive pad
(1) Add water for wet grinding. During the grinding process, if gray slurry is ground out, the operation is right. When there is gray slurry, grind a little longer.
(2) The grinding range of #5 should cover all the areas that #4 has ground, and the grinding range of #6 should also cover all the areas that #5 has ground. After grinding with each grinding pad, please use a cloth to clean the surface, and wait until it is completely dry, and then observe whether the grinding marks of the previous grinding pad are completely removed. If there are still areas that have not been ground, please add water to grind again.
Reminder:
＊ Engineered resin stone countertops do not have high hardness; therefore, point grinding should be avoided.
＊ When grinding, please keep enough water to avoid heat on the surface.
4. Polishing and brightening - use polished tile/engineered resin stone polishing powder with a white polishing scouring pad for polishing
(1) Dust an appropriate amount of polishing powder on the surface to be polished.
(2) Spray a small amount of water on the polishing powder, and then blend the polishing powder and water with a white scouring pad until the polishing liquid becomes thick.
(3) Use a variable speed hand polisher with lowest speed 1000-rpm, attach the white scouring pad to the Velcro drive disc. Turn on the power to start polishing.
(4) When polishing, keep the polishing liquid thick and milky and polish it for a period of time (about 30 seconds or more), and then slowly polish it until it is slightly dry. After that, spray a little water again and still polish it until it is slightly dry. Repeat this process for 2~3 times, and during the last polishing, polish it until it is completely dry.
(5) During the polishing process, the polishing liquid can be scraped off at any time to observe the brightness of the surface. If the brightness does not meet the requirements, increase the polishing time.
(6) After polishing, wipe off excess polishing liquid on the surface with a wet cloth.
Cautions
1. Before using the polisher, please read the attached safety manual carefully.
2. Please wear rubber gloves and a mask. When dusting the polishing powder, please avoid excessive movement that may cause the powder to fly.
3. Keep out of reach of children. Polishing powder must not be swallowed. Please avoid the polishing powder and polishing cream to contact with eyes. If it contacts with eyes, please rinse the eyes with plenty of water and if necessary, seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
