Features

3. The center layer of the grinding disc is 4mm thick black soft sponge, providing optimal shock absorption and flexibility, maintaining the best flatness of the glass grinding surface during operation.

Important Notes

1. The machine must be a variable speed polisher with low RPM, rotary type (RO machine), and the optimal operating speed is 1000 RPM.
2. When using the abrasive discs for dry grinding:
    (1) Wear a mask to avoid inhaling glass dust.

    (2) Hold the hand polisher steadily and apply light pressure, do not press the machine hard.
    (3) Always monitor the glass surface temperature to avoid overheating and cracking. If the surface temperature is high, pause work and allow it to cool naturally; do not cool with water.
    (4) Grind in sequence, do not skip grades. The grinding area for each subsequent disc should be slightly larger than the previous one. Visually check to ensure the previous grind marks are completely removed before proceeding to the next step.
    (5) Stop the machine periodically to check if the grinding disc surface is clogged with excess glass dust. If so, clean it with a brush before continuing.
