Ultra Mastic for Stones (Part A 300g + Part B 20g)

Application: Adhesion, hole repair, and crack filling for various natural stones, ceramics, polished quartz tiles, artificial stones, and other materials.

one tube of Part B Curing Agent 20g

• Mixing ratio - Part A : Part B = 100 : 3
• Includes – a 3mm flat spade for can opening and scooping out color paste

Product Features:

Shelf Life: 

Unopened, stored in a dry environment at approximately 25°C, lasts about 1 year. Refrigerated storage can extend shelf life.

Usage Instructions:

1. Hole and crack repair:

(1) Protect surrounding area with masking tape.

(2) Mix "Part A Mastic" and "Part B Curing Agent" thoroughly at a ratio of 100:3.

＊ Ensure proper mixing; curing agent amount affects curing speed. Do not add less than 0.5% or more than 5% of the Part A Mastic.

(3) To color, add a small amount of color tint (using a 3mm flat spade or toothpick), mix with the Part A Mastic, then add the Part B Curing Agent and stir thoroughly.

＊ Color paste should be a small amount (no more than 2% of the mixed repair glue).

(4) Fill the mixture into the hole or crack, use an elastic black iron spreader or scraper to remove excess, and level the surface. Wait approximately 30 minutes to check curing. If not fully cured, wait longer before proceeding.

＊ Mixing should be completed promptly. At around 25°C, the mixture begins curing in 3-7 minutes and fully cures in about 30 minutes.

＊ Adjust curing speed by varying the amount of Part B Curing Agent: more accelerates curing, less slows it down.

(5) The exothermic curing process may cause slight surface sinking; if so, do a second filling.

(6) After the second filling and curing (~30 minutes), stone polishing process can be performed.

2. Broken Slabs Bonding:

(1) Protect fractured edges with masking tape.

(2) Mix "Part A Mastic" and "Part B Curing Agent" thoroughly at 100:3 ratio.

(3) Apply the mixture evenly on the fractured surface, join the two pieces. Remove excess mastic with thin scraper.

(4) Wait about 30 minutes for complete curing.

(5) Remove the masking tape and remove excess mastic with a thin scraper, completing the repair.

Precautions:

1. Clean and roughen the bonding or repair surfaces thoroughly.

2. Do not return the mixed mastic to Part A container. Do not add curing agent directly into Part A container for stirring.

3. Seal the Part A container immediately after use.

4. Clean the tools with acetone or disinfection alcohol after use.

5. Store in a dry, cool, shaded environment.

6. Keep out of children’s reach; do not ingest or contact skin and eyes.
